NOTE: The Deadline for Paper Submission Has Passed.

How to Submit Your Paper to EuMC/GAAS/ECWT/EuRAD 2005

All papers scheduled for presentation at one of the four conferences EuMC 2005, GAAS 2005, ECWT 2005 or EuRAD 2005 will be published in the Book of Proceedings and on the CD-ROM.

All authors of accepted contributions (either oral presentation or poster) must submit a (final) paper to be published in the Proceedings.

The Deadline for the Submission of Papers was 24th June 2005.

Any late submissions cannot be published in the Book of Proceedings so please make sure we receive your paper in time.

The final papers should be exactly four A4 pages in length, including all illustrations, appendices and references. You can download templates and detailed instructions on how to format your final paper here:

The final papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the EuMW 2005 Electronic Paper Submission System to be accessed at www.eumw.net.

In order to make the papers accessible through the IEEEXplore systems pdf files must be compliant. Instructions for producing IEEEXplore compliant pdf files can be found here. For checking this compliance you can use the IEEE PDF eXpress service . Please use this service before uploading your paper at www.eumw.net.

You will find instructions on how to login as a new user on the IEEE PDF eXpress site and how to check your pdf file. You can also use the service to produce a IEEEXplore compliant pdf file. Please use one of the following Conference ID to access the site.

  • For EuMC use: eumc05

  • For GAAS use: gaas05

  • For EuRAD use: eurad05

  • For ECWT use: ecwt05

For the electronic submission on the  www.eumw.net website, you will have to use the same account you have already created when uploading your summary in February or March. After login you will find all the necessary instructions how to upload your PDF file. During this process you will also be asked to

  • Confirm the originality of your paper
  • Confirm that you have the permission to publish the paper (please check in advance)
  • Ascribe copyright to either EuMA (for EuMC, ECWT or EuRAD papers) or GAAS (for GAAS papers)
  • Enter a short (!) biography of the presenting author

The biography will only be handed over to the Chairman of the session you are presenting your paper in. He will use it to give a short introduction to your presentation.

In addition to the electronic submission of your paper we require that you complete one "Conference Copyright Statement" per submitted paper. Please download one of the two following forms, complete it and print it. Then add your signature and send it by mail (fax or email is not accepted) to Horizon House Publications, Gill Donovan, 46 Gillingham Street, London SW1V 1HH, United Kingdom.

Instructions on how to prepare your presentation for the conference (oral presentation with slides/Power Point or Poster) will be available on this website in a few weeks.
